En declaraciones a FM Poriajhú el representante de la Cámara de Industriales Panaderos de Rosario, Jorge Vitantonio describió la grave situación en la que se encuentran por las nuevas políticas del gobierno nacional: «siento que no hay ningún tipo de respaldo de los gobernantes y que la gente está desamparada». Hay aumentos del 100% de la harina y la levadura, insumos básicos para el rubro de los panificados.

Además, Vitantonio, que lleva más de 50 años en el oficio, criticó la actitud que tiene el actual gobierno hacia a ellos y recordó que en el gobierno anterior era escuchados y se les ponía freno a los grandes molinos por ejemplo.
